Back by popular demand — The Fat Blaster Workout will help you burn fat and get fit! Do you want to live a healthier lifestyle? If so, we hope you’ll consider joining us for our Fat Blaster Workout. This program is being offered to both Y Members and Non-Members on November 28th from 2 – 4 PM.
It’s time to get serious and burn fat, build strength, and tone muscles. This cardio and toning workout will help you do just that! The Fat Blaster Workout is a combination of some of the most popular workouts here at the Y, which include interval training, book camp, and BODYPUMP™.
The Fat Blaster Workout is FREE for Y Members, see it pays to belong to the YMCA! The Fat Blaster Workout is also affordable to Non-Members at $20. Not only will you get an amazing workout, but we are going to have a lot of fun doing it! Join your fellow Doylestown community members to burn fat and get fit.
