Sport and Skate Camp
SPORTS-SPECIFIC CAMPS
Our Sports-Specific Camps are designed to teach the skills necessary to excel at a variety of sports. These campers will practice tactical skills and drills to prepare for mini-games that will emphasize the importance of each skill. Larger more realistic games and tournaments are played on Friday of each week.
MORNING SPORTS CAMPS - 9 AM - NOON
Baseball • Basketball • Field Hockey • Flag Football • Lacrosse • Soccer • Tennis
AFTERNOON SPORTS CAMPS - 1 PM - 4 PM
Dance • Sports & Games (Noon - 4 PM) • Soccer
EVENING SPORTS CAMPS - 6 PM - 8 PM
Basketball • Flag Football • Lacrosse • Running • Soccer • Super Sports
MAKE A HALF-DAY A FULL DAY!
When joining any half-day program, you have the option to add a half day of another camp to fill your child’s day. Day Camp is available with any other half-day camp except Afternoon Sports & Games. The cost is pro-rated so you pay for a full day no matter what! Just choose either Morning Day Camp (9 AM to 1 PM) or Afternoon Day Camp (Noon to 4 PM or 1 PM to 4 PM) depending on your need. You must be in another camp program to join Morning Day Camp.
Cheerleading
WEEKS 1 & 2 - 5 to 7 Years • WEEKS 3 & 4 - 7 to 10 Years • 9 AM - Noon
Cheer Camp is all new this year with a program for new and experienced cheerleaders. Campers will receive instruction to help them develop their cheerleading skills and techniques. They will learn a variety of cheers, practice teamwork and will even perform for the sports camp tournaments on Fridays - great practical exerience.
Dance Camp
6 to 9 Years • 1 PM - 4 PM
This camp has become a classic favorite. Our team of dance specialists will help your child to appreciate the choreography and hard work behind a good dance routine. Dance campers will increase flexibility, strength and conditioning while learning various dance techniques. . Ballet or Jazz shoes recommended but not required. (Weeks 1&2 and 3&4)
8 to 12 Years • 1 PM - 4 PM
Dance Camp offering specific weekly themes. Week # 6 - Hip Hop; Week #7 - Modern Dance.
Afternoon Sports & Games
5 to 12 Years • Noon - 4 PM
This sports camp focuses on game play rather than skills and drills. Camper will enjoy playing a variety of sports as well as games like Capture the Flag. Afternoon Sports campers will also swim 4 days a week. Join this camp to make it a full day if your child is in Morning Sports Camp, Skate Camp, Morning Dance Camp or any other morning program. (Weeks 1-10; Week 6 - Trenton Thunder; Week 7 - Eagles Training Camp; Week 9 Philly Rock Gym)

Skateboarding Camp
6 to 12 Years • 9 AM - Noon
Skateboard
Learn to olley, thrash, grind and skate a huge variety of ramps, rails and obstacles. Skaters are divided by ability and taught at their own pace. All skaters will receive group instruction,
practice time as well as some individual time with instructors.
Super Sports
5 to 12 Years • 9 AM - Noon
In this camp, campers will get one day of each: Soccer, Football, Baseball, a Skills and Drills Competition and Olympic Day. Try this camp to get the best of what we have to offer.
Track & Field
WEEK 1 - 8 to 15 Years • WEEK 2 - 12 to 15 Years • 9 AM - Noon
Week #1 of this camp will assist campers to become faster and smarter athletes. Designed for athletes of all skill levels, and encourages individual campers to explore new events and set challenging goals. Week #2 campers will pick an area to specialize in and spend the week working on a specific events such as: sprinting, distance, long jump, triple jump, hurdles and shot put. Choose one week or choose both. Either way, we promise this camp will make you sweat.
