One-On-One Health & Nutrition
7 yrs+ | 60 min
Facilitated by Certified Health Counselor; includes nutrition tips, recipe modification, label reading, supermarket tour, and food & recipe samples. Discuss lifestyle changes, healthy eating and shopping, eating out, stress relief and much more in a one-to-one setting.  Weigh-ins optional.

Wholesome Family Eating Package

Families | Four 1-hour sessions
Need to improve the health of the family? Get support as you make the necessary changes to improve your family’s health. Package provides tools, knowledge and support needed to get the WHOLE family on board. Modified by your very own Health & Nutrition Coach to reflect the needs of your family.  You schedule the sessions based on what works for your family. Includes 4 separate sessions, spread out over several weeks, with email and text support. Recipes and baby step techniques to effectively change your family’s eating habits.

  • Session 1 | Nutrition & Health Consultation with parent(s) who are primarily responsible for food shopping and cooking
  • Session 2 | Trip to grocery store for a pantry makeover
  • Session 3 |  Session with entire family includes special fun and interactive talk geared toward children
  • Session 4 | Follow-up Consultation

Health Track
16 yrs+ | Nutritional support during weight loss to keep you motivated and on the right track. Led by Health & Nutrition Coach. Pair with Women’s Weight Training, TRX and/or Group Exercise classes for best results. Trial class the first class of the session. Pre-register, space is limited.

Healthy Cooking & Living | NEW!
16 yrs+ | Teen Center/Admin Kitchen
Learn to prepare healthy meals your family will enjoy. Led by Health & Nutrition Coach.

Little Chefs | NEW!
4 to 6 yrs | Parent/Child Class
Learn to enjoy new food in a fun way. Fee includes parent and child. Additional material fee may apply for craft project.
