Youth Education - Part Time Youth Education Coordinator
The Preschool is looking for an onsite coordinator to assist with day to day management of the preschool operations. Under the supervision of the SEFA (Safe Environment for all) Coordinator, the Trainer is responsible for planning, running, and providing well run successful certification classes according to all the guidelines, in the following: American Red Cross First Aid for the Professional Rescuer, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (Adult, Child and Infant), Oxygen, Blood Bourne Pathogens and Child Abuse Prevention. Requirements:High School graduate, some college preferred, 3-5 years of related experience. Strong interpersonal and public relation skills. Advanced Certifications and Trainings a plus but not required. Will train right candidate. Candidate will also lead the Community Outreach initiative to teach classes to the public.

Aquatics - Full Time Associate Aquatic Program Director
The YMCA Aquatic Department is looking for a Full Time Associate Aquatic Director to oversee the Learn to Swim program and provide Marketing and Business Development support for the Aquatics Department; provide quality learn to swim programs, supervise pool and ensure a safe, clean and enjoyable aquatic environment for YMCA members and participants.

Youth Education - Part Time Teacher Assistant (Sept - June)
Teachers Assistants are needed for the YMCA preschool located at the New Britain Baptist Church. The preschool is regulated by the Dept of Public Welfare. Teaching Assistants must be 18 years of age or older; have a high school degree; 15 credit hours and one year work experience or 2500 hours of childcare experience (can include babysitting or other related positions).
